Our process is a careful balance of tradition and precision. From selecting the finest salvaged trees to delivering a finished masterpiece, every step reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

We travel to sites across the country and also import from different parts of the world to locate salvaged and fallen trees. Here a great deal of attention is given to searching and examining the trees. This enables us to hand-select and procure logs of exceptional character and shape. Our keen attention to detail allows us to offer customers the finest and most unique pieces for their projects.
Once the logs are selected, given the size and weight of these mammoth pieces, the next step of transporting them from site to mill, even manoeuvring them within the mill, is in itself a gargantuan task, which at certain points requires specific machinery and substantial manpower.
At our mill, logs are cut using specialized machinery. They are then carefully placed to begin the kiln-drying process. This process ensures proper airflow, allowing moisture to leave the timber slowly and naturally. The whole process is constantly monitored and adjusted based on the size of the wood. Once dried, the slabs are measured, marked, and then carefully stacked in specific formations for safe storage and shipping.
We then finish the raw slabs according to our clients' requirements, turning them into semi-finished or polished slabs with a variety of tones and looks or fully customize them into bespoke furniture. The process culminates as they reach their final destination and new home.
